I consider myself a very flexible person. I can work in different locations and take up any shift. I am happy to work at the drive-in. (Saying that you can’t work at the drive-in without good reasons will make you lose the job)
6. How Would You Handle a Customer Who is Not Happy With a Purchase?
Customer service is vital in the hospitality industry. The interviewer must confirm that you can handle customers well and make them want to come back. You are allowed to draw from past experiences when answering such questions. Tell the interviewer how you would handle such a customer and show that you are empathetic. I would inquire more about the problem, apologize, and deal with it accordingly once I know why they are unhappy. I would replace the meal if they wanted to return it since the customer is always right. I may also involve the manager.

My biggest weakness has to be my perfectionism. I usually want things to turn out just as I envision them. I may therefore be too hard on myself, which has its repercussions. However, I am constantly working on it and learning how to go easy on myself.

You should prove that you can handle food safely to avoid contamination. Make sure that you address any industry-specific certifications required of you when answering this question. This is my first attempt at a job in this field. I haven’t therefore taken any food safety courses. However, I am willing to embark on any that you’d recommend. I would also appreciate it if I was guided on these topics since they are pretty new. I am confident in my ability to learn quickly and will save you time and effort. The best way to tackle this question is to be honest since the interviewer can quickly obtain such information through phone calls. Talk proudly about who you are and sell yourself in your response. My colleagues would describe me as a calm, friendly and hardworking person. They would also say that I love teamwork and are willing to do anything possible to help my team succeed. They can’t also fail to mention my love for cleanliness, punctuality, and ensuring that the customer is well cared for.

You should also answer this question from the customer’s perspective. What would you rather have? Fast or friendly service?
I believe that fast service is better than friendly service. People want their time respected. If you can ensure that they take the least amount of time in the restaurant, the better. Fast service also means that there won’t be unnecessary queues, which betters customer service. Of go with fast service if I had to choose.
20. What Do You Understand by Brilliant Customer Service?
The most important thing you should consider when working at Wendy’s is the customer service you extend to the customers. Define excellent customer service.
