12. How Come You Feel You Are Fit For This Role?
As I said earlier, I am a born HR Person as I am working in a win-win situation because of my exposure to various markets and enough length of experience, both local and overseas. Being an HR graduate, especially focusing on HRIS being an analyst, I am not afraid of going through databases, figures, directories and subdirectories, and the like, agreements, and contracts and write well professionally in a presentable and professional format. Being proficient with Microsoft Office, the Excel stuff, and my own baby HRIS as an Analyst, I am a highly-organized multitasker who works well in any fast-paced environment.

My regular work is altogether my achievement as I hardly leave a gap behind. Recently what I did happens to be my achievements like:
- Worked with Senior Management and outside vendors to design metrics.
- Assisted on a team that created an Access “consolidated database” which brought together and converted data from 4 different HRMS systems.
- Worked with outside vendors and government agencies to provide metrics to ensure company compliance with regulations.
- Worked with HR data entry department to ensure that the reporting of data was consistent and served HR policies and objectives.

I had been an avid team player and I always urge my teammates to maintain harmony and congruence. This helps to achieve team objectives and develop personal skills at the same time. I like good team members around me who always bring value to the organization. My previous employers would rate me as an above-average worker, always willing to put extra effort and time when the situation demanded as such.
15. How Do You Stay Motivated And Positive During The Challenging Tasks?
I investigate as I see any procedure breach or a fire-back incident considering the same as a hurt incident because something failed to work. This is the time to sit back and plan to handle the situation. Now if we gather our courage and resources, we are likely to make things happen by digging deep into facts and the several options we can deploy for making things happen. This means we entered a dark tunnel and we can see a light at the other end of the tunnel so let’s struggle to be there successfully.

The HR data analyst is involved in the basics of data-driven HR in the organization. For most organizations, this entails (ad hoc) reporting and dashboarding. The analyst is involved in the aggregation of data, maintaining HR data quality, and the analysis of data.

While it is important that I have to be confident in my actions, it is also important that I can ask for assistance when necessary. I, being HRIS Analyst should not be the only one responsible for the company’s success and be able to seek advice and help from others including company executives when it benefits the working to do so. No one expects an HRIS Analyst to be all-knowing, so willingness to ask for advice or assistance is a critical skill for my position.

I am a graduate of human resource management and have been working in the same industry since 2018 now. Ever since my first job, I got a chance to work with HRIS for the data. Within 4 years of experience, I have improved my research skills and also made reports from the data. I am good at managing a team and doing all inter-department-related tasks.
