2. What Are The Roles Of A Technical Support Analyst?

“In this role, I expect to configure applications, offer support, maintain and implement them. I also will identify and solve challenges as they arise with the applications. “No two days are the same in this role. I expect that my days will keep varying. The Covid Pandemic has transformed the way business is done and the majority of the services can be offered through applications. The challenge will be in ensuring the applications are not affected by downtimes and hence clients do not suffer from delayed services. The Applications should also have a user-friendly interface to ensure the client does not get challenges when accessing the services.”

“I like to plan my days and tick off what I have accomplished in the day. I also keep track of my personal goals and ensure that they are on track to being accomplished. “In my last role, I failed due to poor communication that was widespread in the organization. When the company strategy was set, top management did not include IT in the formulation. “I dedicate my lunch hours to reading about changes in the technology industry. This has helped me stay current. 16. What Could Be The Problem If There Is No Display?
This is a technical question and the interviewer expects that you would be able to answer it.
“Lack of display could be caused by various issues. It could be a lack of power, a failure in the CPU fan, having improper jumper issues, or even sink-related issues. All these have to be checked to resolve the issue.”

19. How Do You Recover Data From A System Affected By A Virus?
In your line of work, you are likely to encounter viruses. Explain to the interviewer what you will do if faced with this situation.
“Viruses may lead to loss of data and may be common especially when people download compromised applications or enter unverified sites. To recover data from an infected system, you will need to install a hard disk with the latest version of anti-virus software. Connect the infected hard disk as a secondary drive before starting the system. You then run the antivirus to scan and clean the infected hard drive. Then transfer the data to the new disk.”

“I would say that my greatest strength lies in being able to analyze huge volumes of data and come up with effective conclusions. I am able to research, collect and analyze data and come up with strategies that will work on improving the organization.
