I have always tried to react to the situation instead of stress. Working on multiple projects sometimes creates too much pressure but I always assure you that helps me to stay motivated rather than create a stressful situation. The failure in this role once was due to not understanding the expectations of my manager and the team. One day I was asked to make a phone call to another company that would help us with a project.
However, when we called them and told them that we needed their help, they said that they could not help us because they did not have the resources to do so. We then asked them if they had any ideas on how to get the resources from somewhere else or if there were any other companies that we could contact that might be able to help us out. They said no, which led me to believe that perhaps there was something wrong with our project or that maybe it was not as important as it seemed.
