My point of view is to analyze individual situations critically and being a Sports Agent, it is an important area in sports management. Athletes who perform well need to be compensated and handled well before this brings them to a situation of negotiations. During discussions, we can give the sportsperson a feeling about another placement after retirement too. This helps to win better athletes and overcome their challenges in their mental game. My previous experience as Sports Agent with a national team in an associate capacity doing sports management can be an asset for a new employer.
