9. How Do You Stay Motivated At Work?

I always start my day by securing the most difficult tasks. The feeling of relief that comes when you tick off a difficult task from the list is one of the biggest motivations. Once I know that the demanding job is off my shoulder now and I can have a bit easier day ahead by doing other important and miscellaneous tasks. I also have a great team sharing the burden of responsibilities with each other. I do multitask with high speed! Previously, I used this strength at a construction company. I always ensured my document scrutiny and arrangements are fully organized and I don’t have to spend a lot of time on nitty-gritty items. I always make sure to focus on my job without distractions so I decide efficiently. In some of the areas, I have belief in teamwork and delegation of responsibilities. I time my tasks so that I not only complete tasks on time but I am available for my team members too who might need help in their assignments.

I would always make sure that I am spending my time and money on keeping myself and my family secure while organizing the affairs of my life and becoming financially independent. Buying a home is an exciting, big step while the next step is the Leasing process. This typical application process starts as you may agree to the loan estimate and indicate your will. The agent reviews all of the supporting documentation to make sure you meet all of the appropriate lending standards to qualify for leasing. 

12. How You Would Behave While Having A Dissatisfied Client At Workplace?

I always believe that criticism brings improvement. My suggestion to my team members is to take such odd comments to heart but never show off panic. I always remain calm during this situation and listen to the complaint carefully first before passing any judgment. I remember a TV celebrity client who complained that she is not getting good attention. From there onwards, I tried to show that she is being taken care of on every business move she made. So in the end, I was able to have her warm goodbye handshake.

The first thing in the morning I plow through emails and management updates if any. The next item is to answer pressing messages and then prioritize the day. Being a member of a team, I might attend meetings depending on management needs. We usually have regular updates regarding the rules and procedures, we discuss new updates and see how this will make us efficient together with tips and tricks we can implement. To meet deadlines, I need to work extra hours and the work finds me ready for that. My ability to follow procedures and attention to documentation details is my greatest strength as a Leasing Agent. I had been very meticulous about learning each of the company rules. I also had the opportunity to qualify for Certified Leasing Professional (CLP) and National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) courses to know about my rights as a leasing agent. Quite often, I review Employee Book to invigorate myself about my possible reaction in certain situations. 22. Describe A Time You Had To Work With Others To Solve A Legal Problem

Our team was assigned to evaluate a leasing proposal. Of course, it is always better to work as a team rather than working as an individual. I still remember that I had a senior manager in my early years, he was always reminded us that work and personal life balance is an improvement.
