“In my past role, I was involved in a project that did not have clear guidelines. Our data collection strategies were not well defined from the start. We realized that majority of the client wanted to get as much information straight away. We discussed and realized if we had a chatbot that would answer our client’s experiences and give valuable information it would save the company a lot of time in responding to emails mostly answering the same questions every time. We based the information on the questions that were received in the company’s general info email. We had the data and we worked as a team to ensure that the project is a success. It turned out to be a great success in the end.”

“There are a lot of examples that use AI in the world. Examples include Google Search Engine which gives recommendations when we start typing. AI is also hugely used in product recommendations. For example, when you search for a particular product, you are likely to start seeing the same products being recommended n your social media sites. It has made work easier for various industries such as marketing.”
