I also ensure that I am well-rested whenever I report for work and maintain a perfect work-life balance. I am confident I won’t struggle with motivation if given a chance.

I once failed to adequately involve stakeholders in the final parts of an initiative only to find out that they were thinking of something different at the tail end of the project.
