I normally stay motivated at work by setting small goals, taking regular breaks to recharge, focusing on high-impact tasks, avoiding distractions as much as possible, tracking time and tasks, creating a daily plan, celebrating milestones, and keeping a positive attitude at all times. I also ensure that I am well-rested whenever I report for work and maintain a perfect work-life balance. I am confident I won’t struggle with motivation if given a chance.

I once failed to adequately involve stakeholders in the final parts of an initiative only to find out that they were thinking of something different at the tail end of the project.
