I have quite a busy life, so it is not easy to keep up with everything every day. My day starts at 7:00 am with breakfast before heading off to work.

After work, it’s back home from work and a 30-minute nap. After my nap, it is time for dinner. We usually eat at 6:30 pm because we want to spend time with our family before eating.

After dinner, there is another 30-minute nap together before going downstairs for an hour of family game time. We usually watch TV until 9:00 pm when we finally go to bed.

I have experience in the food industry for over 15 years and started as an assistant manager and was promoted to the position of store manager. There is also the experience of working in a private school as a chef and teacher’s assistant. In my current role, I manage an entire production chain and oversee all aspects of operations such as finance, scheduling, payroll, supply management, human resources, marketing, computer systems management, maintenance, and safety.

It will allow seeing things from different perspectives and make better decisions based on what the team needs at any given time. We need to have a strategy for how we want our team to work together.
