15. Describe A Time You Failed In This Role And The Lesson You Learned?
One day when I was new to the profession, I took positioning straps to make adjustments to a power line but failed to check if they were okay. So, after climbing a pole about two meters, I fell. This happened because I forgot to check the safety of my equipment before using it. But from that point going forward, I learned that I should always check the secureness and operability of positioning straps or other equipment before using them. This has helped me to escape many dangers that may occur because of using faulty equipment.
16. Share With Us Your Greatest Achievement
Early this year, my employer won a project of installing transmission lines and connecting electricity to homes. Subsequently, everyone was assigned more work than usual because the project needed to be completed as fast as possible. I was to install electricity meters in all the homes.
