12. How Would You Handle A Disrupted Customer Who Wants To Return An Item That Is Outside The Company Policy?

If I encounter a situation where I have to deal with a disrupted customer, I would first acknowledge their frustration and apologize that they aren’t happy with the product. Then I break down my tasks into smaller, more manageable tasks. For example, if I have a lot of customers to serve, I will focus on one customer at a time. This helps me stay focused and ensures that I give each customer the attention they need. Finally, I take regular breaks throughout the day. The best way to get familiar with products is by reading the product descriptions and looking at the product images.
