I use this time to catch up on industry trends to develop my skills. After lunch, I get back to work and communicate to clients whose vehicles are ready to organize for pick up. I give a report to the shop supervisor of the work done for the day and the tasks that will be handled the next day. My workday ends at 6 pm when the shop is not busy. When busy, I put in extra hours to deliver on client expectations.”
