I did a project where I did thorough work. The assembled part did not pass my assembly test and the incoming part was failing one after the other. 12. What Are The Physical Requirements For An Assembler?

Being physically fit and mentally attentive is, of course, a priority to avoid accidents. A good assembler should be able to work prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks. He should be able to lift 30 pounds of weight at a time having manual dexterity to assemble products or machines as needed. Excellent hand-eye coordination is important having the ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.
