Every career on the planet follows a given routine. There are things that you have to do while at work. Here, it would be right to say that the interviewer is assessing how you prioritize your work.
Tip #1: Do not narrate things that are not related to the job.
Tip #2: Do not include things that will throw you under the bus.

While this question is meant to test whether you are a problem solver or not, you have to be careful about how you go about it.
Tip #1: Do not give an experience that was entirely your fault. You will be throwing yourself under the bus.

At one point, I recommended a given change to my manager, but he chose to ignore it completely. Later, the company suffered losses that could have been avoided. Even though it was not my fault entirely, I felt that I did not push enough. I learned never to back down on something that will bring the ultimate good to the industry.
