I advised him to add omega3 fats but the term was so new to him that I felt that he was not interested in getting nutrition assistance. I created a diet plan by mentioning real food items in his diet and convinced him to stick to it for a few weeks. After running some tests a month later, his immune health had improved.

I start my day at work by checking my emails so that I can respond timely in the first half of the day. After checking, I begin my daily rituals like reviewing doctors’ diagnosis reports and medical assessments of the patients that are admitted to the hospital. After reviewing files, I start creating meal plans for those patients and schedule meetings with the patients and their caretakers. I did my graduation in food and nutrition in 2018. I did my internship in a local hospital where I got hired later. I once dealt with a patient who wanted to lose weight since she was having heart-related issues at a very young age. After giving her a plan, I asked her to follow it and arrange a follow-up checkup after a month. After a month when she came, she has gained more weight and was disappointed in my skill. I checked up on her plan again and advised physical activity is a priority in her diet plan. I learned that I should always mention to all patients to remain physically active as they follow the diet plan.

Recently during the COVID pandemic, I introduced a special diet plan for all patients that had been tested positive and were in isolation.
