Yes, severally. I was once tasked with managing a project when one of the team members abruptly fell ill at a critical stage. I also break down the long-term ones into short-term goals for better management. I then allocate more time, resources, and effort to the most important or hardest to achieve without ignoring the others. I normally prioritize tasks based on their importance and urgency and track my progress.

I am grateful for the learning and development opportunities I obtained in my previous position. I also met some of the best colleagues I have ever encountered professionally. However, if I had the chance, I could change the unnecessary complicated administrative procedure to save time and promote decision-making at different stages.
