While working for David and Branson, we decided to join a new market, a venture that turned out unsuccessful. The market was too crowded and not as friendly as we thought. I had to decide whether to continue pushing or withdraw from the market altogether. After talking to the stakeholders and different employees, I knew I had to decide soon.
