At one point, I got too swamped with work that I forgot to draft and send a critical report on time. Even though I was given a deadline extension, I earned a severe reprimand from my immediate superior, which almost demotivated me. However, I learned from the experience and started creating and maintaining a task list to ensure I do not miss anything critical. I also use tools such as the calendar to stay organized.
